Although our campus was not full of students, our staff was able to utilize the time to reach out to our neighbors. Facilities Coordinator Brianne Reynolds walked through the neighborhood to share our extra rolls of toilet paper (along with an offer to assist in any way we can!). Our facilities team also harvested all the citrus on our campus, shared it with our neighbors, and donated the remainder to the Pomona Food Bank.
Also in use while our students were away? Our 3D printers! STEM Center USA borrowed our printers to make comfort clips to donate to health care workers who must wear masks all day.
