Extended Day Care

Foothill provides a supervised an after school Extended Day Program for its students. Extended Day is a great space for students to enjoy a nutritious snack, complete their homework, read, play games, or play outside.

The Extended Day Program is available Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, half days, or vacation days. Many students participate in Enrichment Classes, sports, or other activities and then add on a daily visit to Extended Day until their parents pick them up after work.     

Hours

In the morning, students may be dropped off at no charge beginning at 7:30am. 
 

In the afternoon students are supervised on the Holliday Family Playground from their dismissal until 3:45p.m. at no charge, as younger siblings await the dismissal of their older siblings, and while Enrichment Class faculty are gathering their students. Students present at 3:50p.m. will be checked in to Extended Day. 

Fees 

The fee for the Extended Day Program is $15 per hour. Unlimited access is offered at a significant discount -- $1800 if paid in advance with tuition.  Parents should plan to pick up their student on time. The fee for late pick up, after 6:00p.m. is $25.00 per 15 minutes. After three instances of late pick up in a year, the fee changes to $100 for any portion of an hour and we will evaluate eligibility to continue in the Extended Day Program. Fees are billed monthly and are payable on receipt. Financial assistance is available.
