  • Eleanor Pierson Celebrates 100 (click to read Courier coverage)

    Eleanor Pierson, the namesake of the Eleanor Pierson Scholarship Fund, was Foothill's longest serving employee, working for more than 50 years at our school. She was also one of the founding parents in 1954. She celebrated her 100th birthday recently and it was covered by the Claremont Courier.

  • Foothill Family Has Pixar's Soul (click to read more)

    CSUSB professor and Foothill parent, Stuart Sumida, served as a consultant on the Pixar film Soul. Dr. SumidaTo help in their efforts, Cal State San Bernardino biology professor Stuart Sumida was enlisted for his expertise in animal and human anatomy to ensure an accurate representation of a cat named Mr. Mittens.

  • Some Students Returning to Campus (click to read more)

    About half of our students in Kindergarten - Grade 2 returned to campus last week for in-person learning. Students who choose in-person learning in grades 3 & 4 will return on March 16, with grades 5 & 6 joining them on April 13. Many families have chosen to remain in Distance Learning, so Foothill will be offering concurrent models, full-time for the remainder of the year.
